    Weird problems

I have no idea if any of these are related, but in the past 12-24 hours I'm encountering a lot of problems.

    1. I can't always log into my control panel even though the network status page shows no problems for Iridium

    2. Stats are not being updated

    3. I'm receiving double copies of all e-mails that go through the e-mail server.

    4. I can no longer log into the Client section. I know my name and password are correct, I had them sent to me.

I seriously doubt any of these are related, but I'm confused as to what I should do now. Especially since I can't log into the client area and submit a ticket.

Any ideas on what I should do next?

Maybe it's haunted. I'd call Ghostbusters...

To get into the client section for submitting a ticket, try the password retrieval tool at https://secure.jaguarpc.com/jaguarpc/clients/index.php

Or alternatively, if for some reason that doesn't work for you, PM Jag in the forums here and request his intervention.

I wouldn't be surprised if the username for getting into the client section has been modified slightly (by Jaguar) if there's been a server move involved at some point. It wouldn't be the first time. If your username is your domain name, you might try logging onto the client section with a username as the full domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) and your password. Also try the same with just the first part of your domain name (yourdomain).

Getting stats restarted is definitely a support ticket item. I've seen that cleaning out the tmp folder will break this sometimes, but there are other causes too.

The double emails might be connected to forwarders, if you have some set up on your account.

Actually, I already tried password retrieval and that didn't work. But no worries, I just tried logging in and got on just fine. Must've been a weird glitch.

Now to fire off that support ticket. This e-mail thing is driving me nutty!

Vin, is this an example of you telling the truth and laying all your cards on the table, as you mentioned in this thread?

If so, yes I agree posts like this CAN be very frustrating.

LoL! Have you seen the web site in question? If not, go look at it and maybe you'll understand where I'm coming from...

Yes, of course, I should have said your site is under decepticon control, but I didn't think anybody would get it. Guess they didn't get it anyway....

Oh, well, win some, loss some, you know?

Sorry Vin. After saw your comment about telling the truth and then I saw your post here about Ghostbusters, I couldn't resist. Glad you laughed about it.

How about if I admit I'm wrong here and we can call a truce?

No problem, bro! You'll find I'm a much better friend than an enemy...
