    Where is support?

Is it just me or has it become impossible to get in contact with anyone from Jag? Yesterday at about the time it is now, I exchanged several messages through tickets for about ten minutes, and then they suddenly stoped replying before my problem could be solved. That was 24hours ago. I tryed emailing sales, submitting a new ticket... still nothing. I know I'm not Jag's only client, but still, 24 hours is a lot. (especially when my site being up or not depends on it)
Has anyone gotten any ticket reply from Jag today?

Hmm....The last time I exchanged a ticket with them was yesterday. I still need to reply to it actually.

Maybe there's something internal going on? I know Uranium is causing some headaches.

I don't know what's wrong, but support is probably working on it or just hasn't gotten back to it yet.

I'm NOT speaking for JagPC, but I've noticed if something is totally jacked up, like a server melts down, then they devote a LOT of time to fixing it, e.g. they can fix the problem, or they can man the ticket system, but they can't do both at the same time.

I don't know about you, but if I lose a drive on one of my machines, here at the house, it takes me 2-3 days to get it back up to speed. There's no magic involved, it's just time consuming and labor intensive.

You need to be patient and hang in there. BTW, I've gone through the same thing here. I know it feels like your world is coming to an end, but everything will be fine. Sh!t happens, you know?

Aslo Keep in Mind your more than likly on one of Jags Budget Plans

So While they try (and are VERY VERY good at) keeping the sever up, the lower the price, the more clients must be fitted to a sever, and the more clients on a sever the more chance of overload, or some other activity bringing the sever down

it is all a trade off,
