If anyone from JPC is listening (no doubt) I have two suggestions:

The first is that the current 404 page that pops up on a non-existing page on the jaguarpc.com site is a bit primitive (see below). I accidentally went to a wrong address for the forums, and for a moment I thought JPC might have been hacked since normally the pages are a bit more useful than the 404 (and I was having an - unrelated - problem with my site at that moment too ) Perhaps adding a link back to the main JPC site would help ease my mind already, or some suggestions of what to find where.

The second one may be a bit more useful: If I submit a ticket, and get a response, I would appreciate a link in the email to the ticket system (if that's possible).

I don't use the system a lot (luckily ) but that also means I need several clicks each time to get the location right (or I'd have to find the link in my bookmarks).
