Subdomain

I am wondering how i can set up so that someone can only have access to their subdomain folder when using FTP?

Create an ftp user account with the same name as the subdomain.

So, if you're sub domain is foo.domain.com, make an ftp user named 'foo.' When that user logs in he/she will have public_html/foo as his/her home directory.
