Persistent Transient Failure: Delivery time expired - Anyone?

I'm getting sporadic reports from people trying to email me over the past 10 days or so that they get bounced when they try and send me email. They get this error:

Persistent Transient Failure: Delivery time expired

Is this happening to anyone else? I'm on Krypton BTW.

It happened to me (on Carbon) around the start of the new year. I opened a ticket but they were unable to find anything in particular wrong. It may still be happening, but it is hard to know a failure like this has happened until the other mail server gives up and produces the soft bounce, often a few days after the original attempted msg.
