The primary domain for my account expired, and I had no interest in renewing it. I told billing that I didn't want to renew. Now, I can't log in to that account, even though I have two other domain names active in that account. I can't open a ticket, as that requires logging in. What should I do?
I tried recovering my username and password, and it emails me the correct username/password, but I cannot log in using that.
