Desperate - can't retrieve my aletianic.com account

Nearly two years ago, I purchased rydain.com and rydain.net through Registry Rocket. They became absorbed into Jaguar's services when Jaguar bought Aletia.

Since then, I have moved and the contact email address listed is invalid. The credit card I used to register the accounts has been canceled. I have no clue what my login or password are, and I need to retrieve them so that I can change my contact and billing info and renew the domains before the end of February. I emailed sales@jaguarpc.com in December, and the representative told me to send the last 4 digits of the credit card on file so they could release the logins. I responded, and after a month of no reply, I sent the number again in mid-January. Nobody has gotten back to me yet.

How in the name of all that is good and holy can I get this account back? The phone number in the whois info for both domains is still valid (we kept it when we moved). Could we somehow use that to verify that I am the domain owner?

Since you're not getting much of a response from sales yet, it might be worth your while to try PMing head honcho Jag directly in the forums here.

Be aware "they" say that Jaguar sales and billing staff maintain a conventional 5 day work schedule. Tech support seems available around the clock.
