    same problem on platinum? Server doesn't want to respond...

    EDIT: and now cpanel's not working either

    They solved the problem on silver. It was a bug in the cpanel update. Maybe they have to go through all updated servers.

    Regarding support: usually I get an answer within less than an hour, this time it was 2 1/2 hours. But anyway Jag's support is great. Thanks.
