    Anyone seeing trouble with this server? The IP address is 69.73.170.204

    My site went down about half an hour ago. I cannot access email, FTP or control panel either. Pinging for 2 minutes gives me about 60% packet loss.

    I opened a call for support and I received a reply that my site was loading just fine, to try again. I updated the ticket that I still couldn't access my site. I had my cousin in California try with the same results and my Mom in NJ as well. I'm in NY. I just wanted to rule out the routing from my ISP. Can someone else let me know if they have trouble pinging or accessing this server?

    Im getting a 404 error page when using the IP address. What is your domain name?

    My site is now back up. Came back up about 20-25 minutes ago. My apologies for taking so long with a follow up.

    I also have a site on genesis. My understanding of the situation is there were some hardware problems causing the server to overheat. They were supposed to fix it today. Any updates out there from anyone?
