uninstall scripts

Hi,
I am new to PHP. I previously installed OS Commerce and Agora Shopping Cart on my site from the control panel. But I want to uninstall them now. How do I do it? I don't remember my username and password to any of those two sites. What can I do? Thanks.

OSCommerse has a removal tool in CPanel. That's the cleanest way to remove it. With Agora (and OSC if the tool doesn't work), just delete the directory it creates in your public_html (also check outside the public_html directory for anything it may have created there. Then go into Cpanel and delete the databases for each of the carts if they use them (I know OSC does, I'm not familiar with Agora).
