Help! Our domain expired and cannot be renewed. We missed the renewal email and now we can't renew it.
We found the email but it says "Error: this domain cannot be extended via this interface".
$50 if you can renew this domain tonight.

If the domain name was registered thru AletiaNic, Jaguar may be able to help. Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting your domain registrar directly. Your email should provide some clue of who that is. If not, do a "whois" on the domain name, or post the name here in order to get some assistance. Expired domain names typically go into a holding area for a time before they are released, but the grace period seems to vary by company.

It was created through registryrocket eons ago.
I tried renewing through registryrocket, but no luck.
Registryrocket is an enom reseller, like AletiaNic. Jaguar may be able to help. If not, you might try contacting enom directly.

But no response yet
I don't know how to open a ticket since I'm not a current customer here... any suggestions? I did send an email to billing.
If Jaguar can actually help in this case, I'd say sales@jaguarpc.com would be the best place to direct your inquiry. IMHO enom is probably the better bet though, with your not being a current Jaguar customer. You might try enom's support center, listed on their contact page, if you haven't already.

Domains registered through Enom resellers usually have an email address or website of the registrar listed in the whois data. If you haven't done so already, do a whois search on your domain name (you can do it on my site's whois search page if you don't know somewhere else to go). The address listed there is probably going to get you the fastest turn around.

We originally signed up with Aletia through RegistryRocket, but now have our own server.
The "visit" part is blank, but it does say to contact sales@jaguarpc.com.
