Aletia NIC Usernames

When a Person Places a Domain in the Hosting ORDER FORM, to have thier name registared by Jag is there a format as to what username they create?

Same as the Cpanel User name

Email address

One of my Clients has a Domain with Aletia NIC and he does not remember getting a username for the site, this was a year ago yesterday, and now the domain is expired, he has been fighting with Jag for about 2 weeks over the issue

Got so Tried of it, he asked to be placed under me as my client (I signed him up here before I was a Reseller for Jag) so now I am trying to get it stait

I have tried every possible combination I can think of for user names (now I know why I stopped reslling for enom) and can get no where

Now the Domain Resolves to the Enom Ad Pages (another reason I left enom) and will probally dropped in a couple days if I can not get access

I have submitted a ticket to billing last night myself, but I am hoping someone here sees a standard format I can try to get the password

aslo if I remember right back then (a year ago) there were issuse with Jag no actually creating sub accounts in enom, is it possible he does not even have an account?

There is no format for aletianic.com usernames. If you haven't created one, then there isn't one. As I have posted several times here:

If you have a domain name you got from aletia (or we registered the domain name for you) and you want to control it please visit aletianic.com and create a free account there. Let sales@jaguarpc.com know your aletianic.com username or submit a support ticket and we will take care of the rest.
