What has happened to my domain? My email accounts do not work either. My bills are paid etc.. What is going on!!!!

It looks like a DNS issue. I use the IP address and get to the site. Is Jaguar having DNS Issues?

The domain name has expired.

Contact sales@jaguarpc.com and let them know you need your domain name renewed. Please remember to include the last four digits of the credit card on file for verification as this would require a charge on the card.

Also you can visit aletianic.com and create a free account there we can place your domain name in. Just email sales with your username and we can take care of the rest. This will ensure that all notifications are sent directly to you and allow you full control over the domain name.

Thank you. I thought under my original pricing last year I had two years for the dns name. But how come I was not notified by jaguar that the name was expring? That was one of the reasons I went with you folks. You take care of all of these details. You do charge my account every month for the general site so why not evey year for the dns name???

I did sign up to aletianic.com and created an account. I also sent sales an email about this to update aletianic. I tried the search at aletianic and my domain was not found. Is this because it is still registered under Jaguarpc??? I hope so...
