I just launched a new site and I'm looking for some feedback. It's a Movable Type site, so obviously it has that "look" to it, though I'm not really using it so much as a blog, more of a news site.

I took a quick look. For some reason all my browsers (safari, firefox and IE on MAC) have a problem with a couple of horizontal rules. Here are some screenshots:
