is jaguar full?

i at the server anattempt.org .

when i go to check my email via horde at ( http://anattempt.org:2095/horde/index.php ) i get the following
error message:

Warning: write failed: No space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

the same thing happens for squirrel mail.

i have removed ~2meg from anattempt.org via the file manager, but it still gives me the same error message.

what is going on?
