    Cannot find .....

Before I start a bigger investigation I need to know if I'm the only one who cannot access http://www.serialpurrs.org (Hosted on Copper) this morning. Mail download seems to be ok now, but http is gone.

The last couple of days I've had random problems getting to various places online. Either pages are throwing timeouts, they (supposedly) doesn't exist, are very slow loading or I get a timeout and if trying to reconnect right after timeout I sometimes get through.

I suspect it's a local problem though. Ping seems to go through to my site without packetloss, but doing a tracert is a different beast because none of the hops resolve

I just checked, and it was coming up fine for me here. No April Fool joke, honest!

And doing a bit more testing I can now get to serialpurrs.org but not serialpurrs.org/journal

    Added later

www.serialpurrs.org doesn't work at all and I can now partly get to serialpurrs.org/journal (Slow loading and stylesheet doesn't load)

You must be running into a bottleneck somewhere along your route. All is loading lickety-split from here, including the journal page. But this is via fast connection, which would be much more forgiving of any hiccups than mere dialup.

The tracert results suggest it could well be something closer to home. Might be worthwhile to call your ISP.
