Jag, you often ask about ways you might improve your service and so I hope you might take this on board. Just the other month the SSL cert on Falcon expired and it took a ticket from me (and a mention on these forums) to get a new one installed. Now the SSL cert on plutonium has expired. Would it be too much trouble to keep a record of when these certs are due to expire and to update them before that point?
If you are running a business certificate expiry warnings don't look too professional (not that I'm personally using the server certs on my business sites). At the very least I don't think it should be the customers responsibility to chase support about getting new certs installed
Other than that small complaint, keep up the good work!![]()
