    Unhappy Need Help Asap

    My services have been suspened. I've tried to contact billing support, but they must have the weekend off.

    I cannot log onto e-mail, web portal, or ftp.

    I haven't been able to log in to the ticket system [fogotten usrnm & pswd].

    Can a tech please contact me at hypoboxer@yahoo.com?

    For the ticket system, I think you can just create a new account there.

    I already have an account. I just lost the username and password.

    If you can point me the way to get a new account in the ticket system, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Most likely the username for the client section is your domain name. Your password is probably the same as the original password for your site when it was first set up. If that doesn't help, when you log in incorrectly to the client section you'll get the option to enter your domain name and last digits of your credit card number to retrieve your password.
