HI everyone, I have my username preset from jaguarpc as jassanis and my password was funky so i changed it but i persoanlly dont like ...

    HI everyone,

    I have my username preset from jaguarpc as jassanis and my password was funky so i changed it but i persoanlly dont like the j in front of the username ...or jsut in general how can i change that usernaem to somehting like to just assanis?

    I think the J's are added by the script that JPC uses to set up accounts automatically (I guess it stand for "Jaguar"), but I don't understand the point. In the "old days" before they were using that script they just used the first 8 characters of your domain name.

    There is no way that you can change your username yourself. You'll need to open a support ticket or email sales and ask that it be changed for you. I don't know what their policy is on the issue, though.

    I opened a ticket....in 3 minutes jaguar pc had fixed my problem....they are just amazing...

    It's that kind of service that has kept me here for as long as I've been here. I've worked with many hosts, both for myself personally and for my clients, and JPC has had the best service by far.
