How do I take a db from my local PC and bring it to my site on JagPC?

I know this is totally newbish, but I just signed up last night.

I created the users and the dbs, but they are empty on the JagPC side.

I have the db with information on my PC.
I also run phpMyAdmin on my PC as well.

I know it has to do with EXPORT, but when I do that, I get a lot of options I really don't know, and the help files are still too cryptic. I mean, they explain what each does, but I don't know if I need to do what it states each one does.

Once I export it to a file (which type?), I need to launch phpMyAdmin on cPanel, select the db, and use the SQL query window, right?

    Well, thanks.

You'll want to select all of the tables from the list and check the "Save as file box." Make sure the "Structure" and "Data" check boxes are checked (you should be fine with the default sub-options in each box). Keep compression set to "None." When you press go you'll be prompted with the usual file download info (save or open [choose save] and save as dialog boxes). If your database is large it may take a few minutes to complete everything.

Then, refer to this thread for instructions on how to import the file you just created into your JPC database.

    Good luck.
