Plutonium cpanel issues?

Right now is the second time in the last week that my site on Plutonium has gone dark for a short period followed by the display of this cpanel message when httpd comes back up:

There is no website configured at this address.

You are seeing this page because there is nothing configured for the site you have requested. If you think you are seeing this page in error, please contact the site administrator or datacenter responsible for this site.

Resisting the urge to suggest a server name change to "trampoline" ... is there a lasting issue on this server that we should expect these periodic site disappearances?

Interested in any insider info.

Ditto from here. This is an increasingly common problem that started about a month ago and appears to be happening more and more often.

Please submit a support ticket on this when the problem occurs so we have a record of it and the techs can use that information to track what cpanel has broke now.
