outlook client problems

I am having trouble setting up my outlook account to my website.

I go through the steps, something downloads and asks if I would ilke to set up my email client bla, blah, blah...I go throug the rest of the steps and finish. But when I try to log on but outlook keeps asking me for my username and password over and over? while its accessing the mail server thenit stalls and the goes through the same cycle over and over.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using your full email address as your username? That's teh most common email-related problem I've seen on CPanel servers.

I've always done my email setups by hand, so I don't know how well those autoconfig links work. If all else fails, try sett it up manually and see if that works.
