Weird URL? Should I worry?

Been getting a hit or 2 a day requesting a URL of /XB1/X02/ over and over, then after about 30 lines it goes to /X90/.

**Example**

The actual request is over alteast 100 lines long. Anyone know what this is? Should I be concerned? Maybe a DoS attack?
