This is really really really bad.
Yesterday I was ftp-ing my site, and today my account is gone!!!!!
Ftp said my username is ok, but password is wrong.
When I check my Jaguar Client Billing Panel, all of my billing info is there, but the account is gone!!!!
I can't even open a ticket, because the account info vanished!!!!
This is unacceptable. I want an answer, and money back.
What kind of service is this? It's not yet a week on Jaguar!
