Account removed without notice!!!????

This is really really really bad.

Yesterday I was ftp-ing my site, and today my account is gone!!!!!

Ftp said my username is ok, but password is wrong.
When I check my Jaguar Client Billing Panel, all of my billing info is there, but the account is gone!!!!

I can't even open a ticket, because the account info vanished!!!!

This is unacceptable. I want an answer, and money back.
What kind of service is this? It's not yet a week on Jaguar!

Is your site following all jag policies and terms of services?

Is your site running any illegal apps or posseses illegal contents?

none that I know of.

php-nuke? and nuke modules? all downloaded from the web, not written by myself to do some potentially illegal stuff.

EVEN if yes, should I get a notification about the reason in my email mailbox??? right?
