It's been down for more than and hour.
It'd be nice if they'd at least post a status update in the forums. Frustrating to me.
There's no indication whatsoever that the problem is even being worked on.
Yep, over an hour now. I keep checking the status page and I am very tempted to shoot off a tech support ticket but then I see that little notice and don't want to be a pain:
So I guess I'll keep waiting. And you're right about the status update, but I guess they're too busy fixing Ion.If at any time a server gives a failed reading, support will be alerted immediately.

I put in a ticket already requesting that they post a status. no response though.

Same here here box is down. Also had some problems with the email the last days.
This is what tech support responded:

Not very encouraging when they won't specify the problem or give an ETA. I hope there won't be any data loss. I backup my site from the control panel but my last backup was 4/26 at 6amEST. Crossing my fingers.![]()
