Setting up a subdomain

When I click on subdomains in my control panel, this message is there:

Hint: This feature must be enabled for your account before you can use it.

How do I get this enabled? Thanks!

That "hint" message is just a CPanel thing. It should be enabled by default since your site includes subdomains by default. Did you try to add a subdomain and not have it work? If not, try it. It should be working already. If not, then you should contact support.

I tried to do it last night but it was taking a long time and the computer just kinda got hung up so I didn't think it worked. I just went to try to add it again and the one I tried to add last night was there so I guess it's working.
