Optimus is Jag's 64bit Server I think, Maybe it is just not Stable Enough yet, maybe I should Request he Moved off it???

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/tmp/mysql.sock' (11) in /home/xcs/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19
Unable to connect to database server!

    yep

have you noticed any other Downtimes???

That is not my Site, if you did not know, I am a Reseller,

my Client has Reported Multiple Downtime and Latacny Issuse over the Last Month, Support has no Record of this, Despite the Server only having a Uptime of 17hours as of Last Night and it is down again

I need this Resolved, this could cost me, in turn jag, a Client

I have been Tring to Conviene them it was a ISP issue, but Now that the Server has Crashed with me Watching it will be very hard to do

The store seems to be back up. I went through some problems like this on my server (radium) a few months ago. I just kept putting in tickets and support straightened it out. Unfortunately I think it's just the nature of the beast with shared hosting.

See if Jag will move him to a new server. Don't have him moved until you get confirmation from him that it is OK.

I know that, You know that, but Alot of people dont know that

plus I get a Response from Jag saying that everything is working fine and they dont know why I was having problems, even though the Service was Out, per the Network Status Screen of the Cleint Area, that raises some Service Monitoring Questions in my mind though

What's going on here? All responses to me from Jag are of the same "all appears fine, please get back to us if you need something" kind of stuff.

We've had 1 to 2 hour daily outages since Apr 22, 2004 since our second dedicated mysql server went online. We were told this is not creditable.
