Hopefully, one of the support guys from Jaguar is on here, and can help me out. I signed up here, on Zhen-Xjell's recommendation, on the 27th of April. Paid via PayPay, which didn't clear until May 3rd for some reason. It's now May 8th, and I still have not recieved my account information. I've been told via email that they would send the info out, but the last email response I got from the sales staff was three days ago, May 5th. My last three emails have gone unanswered. I changed my DNS server to the addresses for Jaguar already, knowing that it would take 24 hours to change, so now neither my old site nor my new Jaguar site are online.![]()
Needless to say, I'm not exactly impressed. I see that the sales office is only open Monday through Friday, so it's probably a safe bet that I won't get my account info until Monday, at best, so that's already one week of my first month wasted.
I can't even get a "secure ticket" for support, as I haven't gotten my login info yet, so I'm stuck asking here for help. Can somebody look into this matter? I'm a little irritated right now.
