Cannot access the ticket system

I just opened an account with Jag and I am unable to access the ticket system, I sent an email to sales (the only email I could find besides billing) and no responce as of yet.

Board op or sysadmin I hope you see this and get back to me with details as soon as possible.

Make sure you include the last four digits of the CC you used for your sign-up, when making requests like that...

I tried to use CC (Paypal) and the sytem just hung (Tansaction was not processed) So I decided to FEDEX overnight a MO (was a bit leary on the tansaction SNAFU and wanted to snatch my doamin name ASAP) As such I cannot use that option :-(

it will probably be Monday before you hear anything.

Whay are you using PayPal if you are using a credit card? JPC has their own merchant account and can process things much more quickly and efficiently if you pay them directly instead of going through PayPal.

Sounds like you were registering a domain name. Did you do that AND set up a hosting agreement? When I signed up a month ago that took two separate transactions.
