Plutonium problems?

I have checked and re-checked the network status page and it says everything is hunky-dory with Plutonium, when it's not. I'm getting "Error establishing a database connection!" erorrs, my Pop email isn't working and when I ping my site the request times out. Well, 3 out of 4 packets were received.

Question #1 - Is the network status page a real time indicator of problems?

Question #2 - Is Plutonium down? I've opened up a support ticket but nothing's working STILL.

Please open a ticket to have a technician look into the issue. This is not an official support method so the problem can be resolved faster if a ticket is opened.
