    Router Problem: hou-rtr4-v13.cyrusone.com

    Hi!

Just wanted to drop a note in here to let someone know that this router is causing a problem thus not allowing me to access my website hosted on the atom.nocdirect.com server.

I traced the jaguar.nocdirect.com site and the cyrusone router was a different one that lead into the actual server. The hop where I should be moving into the atom server doesn't work.

On a side note: This seems to be an issue specific to SBC DSL in the Houston area. RoadRunner users have reported no inablity to access my site nor have anyone I know that are on other ISP's. Even users from over seas (uk). In addition, when I connect to my dialup from SBC (backup connection), I am able to see the site.

Perhaps this is an issue that is needing to be sent into the SBC DSL tech center or is this something in your system. Or maybe it's CyrusOne.

    Thanks in Advance, Ryan.

I hope you have submitted a support ticket about your problem. You can not rely on the forum for a support issue. On the other hand if you posted to let all users know about a problem you are experiencing Thanks.

I decided to come and reply back here to the community on this one. It's an issue that is thanks to SBC purchasing a couple new IP Blocks.

Seems that most of the internet knows about then, but there are still some people that don't. This is where JAG fits in.

70.240.x.x and 70.241.x.x have to be unblocked on the routers before I'll ever see my site again.

Yeah, I know I've gotta tell them in a "support ticket" but there's an issue with that. You see, I'm hosted by someone else. That someone else doesn't desire to tell the support ticket thing about this.

But at any rate, this article can aide SBC people that are in the new IP range.

You shouldn't be having any more problems on Atom. If anyone else notices problems, please PM me with your account information. Thank you.
