    Speed of account setup

So, I'm an old member who's just now returning after 2 years or so to Jaguar after much frustration with other hosts ... and I had a simple question.

I noticed that though I just signed up for hosting again a few hours ago, I can't seem to login to my cPanel with my host server's IP, and my username and password -- though, I can login to the main jaguar client site alright. I suspect that the trouble is just that they haven't gotten around to setting up my account yet, but I'm wondering if the whole process hasn't been automated since my last hosting experience. I know a whole lot of other things have been since improved.

Is a wait of a business day or two before activation par for the course or should I already have my access and consider submitting a support ticket?

My understanding is, the sign-up process is automated, but they still setup the accounts manually, and that would be from 9 AM to 5 PM CST. They'll probably get your site going first thing in the morning.

Luckily, you did it today. If this was Friday, you would have to wait over the weekend...

Whoops! Silly me, I overlooked the fact that they changed my login for my site login (which I suppose is held in a different place than the client login) in my activation email. It works fine now. Thanks for the advice, though.

    Hello:

Accounts that are purchased with a credit card are setup right away-automatically. If you use check or another form of payment we wait until the payment arrives and then set the account up for you.
