    Have to agree with Vin. I have 3 sites hosted at Jag. The first site has been with Jag for over 2 years. There are ups and downs. Overall I don't think you will find a better host anywhere.

    impressive turn-around on the support tickets.
    on the other hand there is another company whom I have been with for over 2 years and they suck at it!!!
    believe me when I say the support here kicks butt!

    Yes, the support here is great. I've had some tickets answered so soon after posting that I haven't even logged out of the ticket system yet.
