Silly question

Here is the story.

I am a mod on a site. For my email I have it set to a certain address, and was not recieving mail for. I forgot that I had had the address configured, (and NOT in outlook) so it wasn't being delivered with my catch-all address.

Without a thought I deleted the account from the CPanel. But, I completely forgot to add the account to outlook and check it to see if I had missed a ton of emails.

Is there anyway to get emails back? Or are they forever consumed into the servers blackhole?

Its probably too late now, unless you want to pay Jag for file recovery from the backups.

Naw, I don't think they were that important. I would have gotten PMs or an IM most likely. Oh well, just sucks that I was dumb and did that.

I somehow accidently deleted my MAIN email account about a month ago. Don't ask me how I ###### up like that. Luckily I had downloaded most of the mail to my computer a couple days before (I usually just read my mail with IMAP and keep it on the server, sometimes for months at a time). I lost a couple of important messages, but nothing too bad thankfully.
