    Arrow Help please...

    I can't login to my account, it keeps kicking me to another login page. I know I have the right login information.

    I tried to post this under JaguarPC Help category and I can't post there either.

    I hope Jaguar PC gets this message. I don't know how to contact them to let them know. I can't access anything to post a trouble ticket.


    Any help please??

    I just checked, and I can log in. So either you have the wrong info, or you don't have an account, or something technical is screwing it up for you.

    So I'd suggest you try to go to the home jag page at www.jaguarpc.com, then clear your internet browser's cache. Then try again.

    BTW your client login/password is the same as your machine username/password. I think capitalization matters, too, so try all lower case, etc.

    I've logged in several times before. I also had my username and password resent to me. So, I know I have the correct log in info. I think something screwed up. Because I was logged in until I tried to post a trouble ticket, then it kicked me out of the system. Now I can't log back in and I don't know any other way to contact JaguarPC to inform them of this issue.

    DSD - I've had the same problem twice now in four days. I'm new here so I'm hoping that this is just a bad coincidence and is not typical.

    Yes, I hope this doesn't happen again too. A specific e-mail address to report these kind of problems on the contact page of JaguarPC would be really nice.

    I didn't know what to do or who to contact because I couldn't fill out a trouble ticket.
