    Exclamation Website diappeared

I just moved my website earlier this week from another server to JaguarPC. My website was working the last two days, but this morning, when I got to my URL (www.family-treks.com), I get the default JaguarPC welcome screen.

I opened at ticket, but all they did was list the files in my directory and told me to replace the index.html file with my own.

I am not able to re-upload my entire website this weekend. Is this the normal process? I am not an expert at all this, but I have changed servers before, and all I had to do was change the server names with Network Solutions.

Please disregard my post. I see now that I am going to have to upload everything, which means I'll be down for a while. I feel like an idiot.

I am not very proficient at all this, so when I called JaguarPC and they said all I had to do was change the server names and I would be up & running, I took that literally. I also saw my website for several days, so presumed everything was fine.

That will have been your old website. It can take up to 72 hours before you start seeing the new one due to (DNS) caches in effect.
