Argon down again

Argon is down again. Has anyone heard from Support regarding why it's down or how long they think it will be down? I can't get a reply, I'm guessing because it's early morning in Texas and response times are REALLY slow at those times, even though there is supposed to be 24h support...

Anyway, if someone has any info, please post here.

[edit: the server is back, with support's standard reply "sorry for the inconvenience". still, the server has been down several times since the change in power supply and the drive failure. if your site is on Argon, what's your experience lately?]

I was on Argon too, but I have moved to another server, but it's not because Argon is unstable. It's because I wanted a new account. But my experience with Argon was great, with the exception of the last few days before the move.
