    Question Registration Error?

    Hi,

    I just registered to the GigaDeal accont, but I never got any reply to my email. So I can't login to the ticket system. This was 72 hours ago. The only info i got is that i was in the que and some registration code.

    Does anyone know how I can see what the status is for may registration?

    Did you get any email at all? If not, perhaps you entered you email address wrong. Also, although they offer instant setups, JPC has a series of filters that they pass orders through to protect their network from fraudulent orders. So, there is a chance that your order was queued for someone on the sales staff to manually review. Since sales is closed on the weekends, that could be the delay. The sales office will be opening in about a half-hour. If you don't hear from them very soon after that, send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com and ask what's up.
