    client login not working

    here a strange one,

    I can't access my client area, the one that you submit trouble tickets with... I have tried to get it to send my password but no go - this happened for no apparent reason, I didn't change passwords or anything, it just stopped allowing me access....

    Now I can't post a trouble ticket and I can't receive the details email because all my alternate email clients are blocking emails from jaguar because of spam

    can someone in admin please help?

    client login username is themes.co.nz

    If you did not logout and the system locked you out, you should now be able to get in. Please remember to logout when you are not using the backend. If you are still having problems, please PM me. Thanks.

    That is strange.

    I've NEVER actually been able to get into the client area. I've tried everything, like all the passwords that I've had had in the past, and also different logins. I tried doing that "forgot your password" thing and I've NEVER gotten ANY reply to my email addresses. I've given up, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY need to submit a ticket because my password doesn't work anymore!

    I REALLY (* infinity) NEED IT!!!!

    I don't think that's an automated send off of your password. AFAIK it requires someone in sales to send it to you again. So, expect your answer on Monday, Texas time.

    Meanwhile: did you try using your complete (main) domain name as username? I.e. not just the part you use for the Cpanel or shell access, but the .com / .net (or whatever) at the end too?

    Yep! And, it's case sensitive! That's my username, with the first letter is capitalized... that's what was screwing me up!
