I guess it's time to submit a ticket to support? Or maybe the sales department if your account expired.

I did not requested to close the account, I ask them to extend only one a month, and yesterday after they close the account I email the sale department to reopen the account till now the account is close.

I can not access the ticket system, no reply from them my website is close, what they want from me to do I will do it to open my website? If they want the money they have my VISA card number they can take as advance payment.

    almajara,

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but sales usually takes the weekend off. There will probably be a delay before your request is fulfilled... sometime Monday according to usual schedules. Unless the support department can handle the modification to your account, I'm afraid you are out of luck.

Since you are still offline and cannot access sales over the weekend, try one of the administrators directly and let them know that you are still having difficulty despite trying to reach them on Friday.

    greg@jaguarpc.com
    les@jaguarpc.com

Or search for them in the Members List and send them a PM message repeating your problem. Hopefully one of them will be available to help you.
