I have a couple of support ticket that need urgent attention, but I'm not getting much of a responce through the ticket system... Can somebody ...

    Urgent Support Required Please

    I have a couple of support ticket that need urgent attention, but I'm not getting much of a responce through the ticket system... Can somebody attend urgently please to my ticket numbers.

    2057090 & 2057077

    I have angry customers the other end and I need to address these issues asap.

    Over 20 hours since their last response to an Urgent Priority ticket. Anybody?

    It has just been responded to! Apparently they were waiting for sales staff to get back from the weekend. Why the other question(s) were not answered, I'm not sure. Why also I wasn't able to get a Unique IP as has happened in the past and then passed on to sales, I'm not sure either.

    Anyway, the service is usually excellent.

    would still like to look at that ticket so i can reference it when talking with the tech that forwarded it so we can get them trained, it must have been an issue they werent comfortable with or something
