This is a discussion on ouch, website suspended in the Shared & Semi-Dedicated forum
edited: site is now back online ......it was just a little confusion about billing info since i had my domain name changed.... great support JagPC ...

    great support JagPC ... the problem was solved within 15 min ....

    I love it here....and am gonna update my plan to 1 year contract instead of monthly

    add my name to the list. Just got my ticket opened... hopefully they'll have it resolved with their usual quick service. Bah, billing updates! =)
