    i will make it clear

v100 (Annual) was registred for my domain www.cg-dream.com. today, when while i upgrading the server it asked me to put a domain name, so i put www.cg-dream.com. that's why my old server is replaced with the new one.

all what i need is to take all my data from the old server and put it to the new one.

    any idea. ?????

I'm just guessing, but since it's Sunday, and 'sales' isn't open on the weekends, it might a bug in whatever automated sign-up process they use - assuming they have an automated system. Weird!

I would also guess you're going to have to wait until Monday to get this sorted out...

Oh, BTW, when I upgraded my account, I did so by contacting 'sales' through the 'ticket system.'

If I'm understanding your situation, you said re-uped your v100 account 2 days ago, but upgraded to GigaDeal today.

How is that possible? What did you use to upgrade your account?

It sounds like you ordered a new GigaDeal account, not an upgrade. As far as I know they have no automated way of upgrading, you have to do it by opening a ticket. If you used the "Add Account" option in the client area then you created a new account. Your old account is probably still fine, but the automated script probably set you up on a new server and wiped out your old DNS settings. So now your domain is pointing at a brand new, empty account on a different server and your old one is sitting in limbo on the old box with no way (besides using the server name of IP) to access it.

Open a support ticket, explain what you did and what you wanted to do, and they'll get you straightened out.

As for the old v100 plan, Vin, when JPC upgrades plans, as you know, they don't upgrade clients unless the client asks for it. Otherwise they just keep biling you automatically for the old plan. You don't have to do anything to renew. If you're a monthly client your plan essentially "renews" every month, on the annual plans it only happens once a year.

Would that include bi-annual plans too?

    hi again,

yes, that's what happened exacttely. i was afraid that i could not reach my old server anymore.

i added a new accound (which was cheaper than adding a new service) and i wrote to explaing what i need "moveing my data from the av100 (annual) to the new server".

ok i will open a new ticket wishing that everything will go as i need.

Upgrades can be done by a tech by pushing a button. You don't have to move your site or anything like that. They just increase the limits on your current account to match those of the new plan that you want.

There is no charge for opening support tickets. Our technicians are available via the ticket system 24/7 free of charge for support needs. We do not do free programming or script troubleshooting, but for any problems you're noticing with your account, we can help with.
