I'm recieveing that error for my site as of two days ago. Now, I know I still have the domain registered and also I have jaguar still hosting me, I was wondering just what might have excatly happened. Any input would help, thanks.

Sara is right. No way for anyone to check without a domain. A 500 error usually occurs when you have some bad coding on your site. Have you checked your error logs? That should give some hint. You would need to post the error message for anyone to help.
Have you uploaded a .pl file or something simalar? Have you added a mod rewrite to the .htaccess file? I'm just mentioning a couple of things that I do from time to time that end up causeing a 500 error.
If you haven't done anything to the site you probably need to open a ticket with support. In the forums most support advice will come from users and not Jag Support.
