I remember that I have got quick answers to tickets even at night time. Now nothing seems working. My Mailman does not post. Then I could submit ticket, but never got automatic email response. Then I was logged out of client area and was unable to login again. Getting the password send back to me worked so much had a screen saying it was sent to me. But nothing comes.
Is there any correct way to get support in this kind of situation?
I guess some server or something is broke, but it does not alarm anybody.
