Where is the tech-support?

Hi all,

I am wondering where the tech-support is right now, my server is down for 1 hour, no response from tech-support so far. Any suggestions?

Just to follow up here I see the techs were with you shortly after this post was made. I'll be getting with them to learn what the delay was and try to prevent that from happening again. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your patience.

in a way I understand that at at 6AM your time not much techs are working but for my website mainly for European visitors it's 6 hours later thus busy times.
