    Access via Shell

    Hi, I am trying to access my JagPC server with Putty and it is failing. After I put in the username and password, it tells me that my account does not have Shell access. Is this possible? Does it need to be activated? Could it be because I'm using an IP to gain access and not the domain name? (the name has not be transferred yet).

    Hello,
    It is possible that shell access is not enabled on the account. Please open a support ticket or send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com with your domain name and we will enable it for you quickly.

    Wow, support's getting slow. The last time I asked for it to be enabled, I think it took less than a minute. I submitted the ticket and then clicked on the link to view open tickets and it already said "waiting for your reply."
