Gold down?

I can't seem to access my site ( www.webinfractions.com ).
I've checked the status page, doesn't say anything's down.
I've checked my domain's status with my registrar, it says it's active.

I can connect with FTP via my domain, so I don't think it's a DNS problem.
Email also works.

Anyone have an idea?
I'm going to open a support ticket after I finish this post.

I'm getting a connection refused error when I click the link.

Support fixed it.
Not sure what was going on though.
