I've opened a support ticket about 2 hours ago and didn't get a response yet.
Now I can't even log in into clients area. What's going on? Is anybody there? Is there any support number I could call?
Posts in updates section and on webhostingtalk.com board say the clients area should be working now.
UPDATE: can log in into clients area now, but still no word from support.

I didn't get notification to the reply either, so I didn't think opening more tickets would make a difference.
