    3 Domains - 1 site (Domain forwarding)

I just registered 3 domains, which should all point to the same physical space. However, I put the JagPC nameserver information on all 3 without thinking about it... only one of the domains is actually hosted at JagPC.

Do I need to use some other DNS trickery to forward the other 2 domains properly? I've only done it once before, and can't remember the correct way to do things.

That's right. You should ask jaguarpc to add these domains to the nameservers... It's just a matter of opening a support ticket and ask for it.

If your registrar offers forwarding, you could do it that way. If you do it that way you need to make sure the names return a 301 header. Jags name servers would not be involved. You can ask Jag to park the other domains on the main domain. This returns a 200 header. So in this case you would need to do a 301 redirect with your .htaccess file. The importance of the 301 to SEs is that they will see all names pointing to the same address as duplicate domains. The SEs usually sort this out by picking on Name and ignoring the other two. Without the 301 redirects they may not pick the name you actually want to show in the SERPS.

I tried to set domain forwarding, but I had already set nameservers w/ the registrar. I'll check into having Jag add the domains.

Thanks to both of you for great ideas!
